Die 27. UN-Klimakonferenz (COP 27) steht vor der Tür. Deshalb laden Kathrin Henneberger, Mitglied des Deutschen Bundestages, und Michael Bloss, Mitglied des Europäischen Parlaments, am Montag, den 26.9. um 18 Uhr zu einem Webinar ein.

Gemeinsam beleuchten wir die wichtigsten Fragen der COP 27:

• Wie können wir die EU dazu bringen, ihr Reduktionsziel zu erhöhen, insbesondere angesichts der aktuellen Klimakatastrophen?
• Wie ist der Status Quo bei der Finanzierung von „Schäden und Verlusten“ und was können wir von der COP27 aus der G7/EU-Perspektive erwarten?
• Wie ist die Menschenrechtslage vor Ort und wie können wir die Menschen während und nach der COP vor Repressionen schützen?

The 27th UN Climate Change Conference is coming up. That is why Kathrin Henneberger, Member of the German Bundestag, and Michael Bloss, Member of the European Parliament, invite you to a webinar on Monday 26.9 at 6 pm.

Together we want to shed light on the most important issues of COP 27:
How can we get the EU to increase its reduction target, especially in light of the current climate disasters? What is the status quo of „Loss and Damage“ Finance and what can we expect from COP27 from G7/EU-perspectives? What is the human rights situation on the ground and how can we protect people from repression during and after the COP?
